Welcome new and older community members. I have only had some time between work to get the new version of EritreanCommunity.com up and active, however I am giving it my best and taking it one daunting task at a time. Moving a site from a highly known and feature rich version to a new more complicated yet more user friendly version can be a difficult task so I have made a list of mandatory and supplementary tasks for the transition. The purpose of EritreanCommunity.com has been to become a utility for the unification of Eritreans in the diaspora and to give them the ability to contribute and generate a site that speaks for them directly from their thoughts and contributions. EritreanCommunity.com has been online since 2001. It originated as one of many independent eritrean sites used to relay and discuss Eritrea related stories. It morphed throughout the years into many forms and included content related to eritrean youth organizations and eritrean community centers in major US cities starting with Denver.
